It’s Cait

My name is Cait (technically Caitlin but we try and avoid that) and I live, and have always lived, in the South West of England in the county of Wiltshire. Yes, the land of farmers, tractors and all the strong ‘r’s’. I’m 16 years old and I am currently studying Biology, Chemistry, English Media and Psychology A-levels at sixth form. Even writing those down gives me a headache. Ideally I would love to become a doctor. All I want to do as a career is help people and hopefully I’ll make it someday. In the meantime, I’ll stick to missing deadlines and procrastinating over revision. Oh the sixth form life.

I started learning piano when I was about 12 and somehow inexplicably managed to pass every exam that I took (5 piano grades and 3 theory grades) with distinction. This is where the name for my blog comes from – my parents always call me a ‘little chancer’. I would love to have continued with my piano but unfortunately my teacher could no longer teach however I hope to resume my studies very soon and get to Grade 8! If I can’t be a doctor then I would love to be a concert pianist. (If you hadn’t noticed, realism is not my strong point).

This year I have travelled around the World a little bit more than usual and I decided that I wanted to make a blog where I could mainly ramble on to myself about my adventures. Like the majority of teenage girls, I also love my fashion and beauty, to the detriment of my savings account!! I think that this blog will be a heady combination of all of these things, just what I think may be interesting that’s in my head at that current moment in time. My musings on life if you like.

Anyway, this is far, far too long for an about me page so I’ll finish here. I hope you enjoy my blog and please leave comments and feedback so that I can improve!

Love Cait xx
